The worst company ever-the head girl Dawn never takes phone calls. They plowed are grass and everyone else's. Looks awful-the snow was just fine until they did this. They are the worst ever-hopefully we as neighbors are going to try to get a new company. You complain -they don't care-again Dawn is the worst-she shouldn't have this job because she doesn't know how to handle it-I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy-my grass is horrible and they don't care-now with the plows going over the grass it will be worse come spring-they are the worst ever-I have friends

This association is horrible, They raised our dues 2 years ago from $125 to $150 to put on new roofs on all of the condos. They never put on the new roofs. They decided to hire painters to spot paint & power wash the condos instead. The roads are bad at North pointe condos in chesterfield. There are pot holes everywhere. They closed the pool, even know the governor said they could open. We have asked for them to lower our dues since the pool is closed & no new roofs on the condos. They refused to do so. Instead they are building new condos with our dues that we pay. We also asked for recycling

I would rate a negative 5 if I can. This is the absolute WORST HOA company we've ever dealt with. Unethical, they don't want to take responsibility for anything and have ZERO interest in their property owners. Ambassador village has so much work that needs to be done in the community but all my neighbors are complaining of the same things..... POOR MANAGEMENT. I've been trying to get my garage door fixed over 2 years now and keep getting the run around even though it clearly states in the bylaws that they are responsible to get it fixed. Now I hired an attorney to get this
