Perhaps the staff was overwhelmed or having a bad day, in my personal experience, they are neither professional nor compassionate by phone. Figured I would try email for correspondence but it took 4 days to get a response about a major plumbing issue at a rental property. Online portal is not user friendly and doesn't help to speed up response time for issues.

Between God and I, and of the truth, I have referred more than 8 persons within a space of 4 weeks to my legit and trusted Account Manager,MRS MICHELLE,she is the only account manager to ever pay me my profit after my first 7days trade of $1000 that I make a successful withdrawal of $11,750. From the moment we first contacted RLM based on a recommendation from a friend who was a customer for several years, we have received the highest level of service. Hayley is most outstanding when it comes to responding and following up. She is always courteous and never makes me feel like I'm being a bother. I haven't had much interaction with other members of the RLM team but whenever I call, they are helpful and if they aren't able to answer my inquiry, they quickly put me in touch with someone who can. As a Realtor that has leased literally over 600+ homes over the years,
I am very aware of and have worked with probably 50 + different Management Companies in the Greater Houston.
And I can say that I highly recommend Residential Leasing & Management as both a very responsible company if you are a Landlord and also an easy & responsible company to deal with if you are a Tenant.
This I cannot say about 30-40% of the management companies.
Particularly are the National Companies based out of the State.

I have had another Property Management Co. previous to RLMC and NO other can compare to RLMC's PROFESSIONALISM. I receive an immediate response with any question or comment I send. They are on top of all items or problems that need to be dealt with. The employees are extremely pleasant to work with and my tenants are very happy and renew each year. I feel because of the quality of their work that value of their costs are reasonable. There is no reason I feel anyone should consider any other Company to manage any property an investor may own!

I have been working with residential leasing now for a number of years as they manage my rental properties. I have really had good experience with them. Their staff is very responsive and works very efficiently to resolve all of my rental issues. I continue to work with them in a very effective manner and will continue to do so I assume for a number of years more until I'm not in the rental property business anymore. I find they are very responsive when it comes to maintaining the properties in a very efficient manner and renting the properties quickly and efficiently. I have no problem in recommending

31 years experience, on point customer service, friendly staff and experts with property management. Had a family member use them and they were extremely pleased with RLM. They have a property in Cypress Tx that they manage for them and they wanted me to post a review for them. (They are not internet savvy. :)
