She graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Richele moved from Texas to North Carolina shortly after graduating and settled in the Triad, the community she has come to love. She worked for Baptist Hospital as a young nurse but quickly fell in love with the elderly and disabled adult population.

Pastor Koonce served faithfully in ministry for over 23 years as Executive Director for Evangel Urban Ministry, Executive Director of School of Ministry, and currently serving as Executive Director of Christians In The Marketplace (where he is affectionately known as the "Marketplace Minister").Currently serves as pastor of Christ Transformation Center in Salisbury NC along with his wife Tammy Koonce.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company to work for, they literally have caregivers SLEEPING on the job and taking showers in the clients home. There is never a nurse in the house (a cna is only allowed to administer medicine under a nurse supervision) I will
