We have over 20 years of practice within the San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles County courts. Our San Bernardino divorce lawyer knows how the system works and how to interact effectively with judges and opposing counsel. Individual judges may approach divorce, child custody and family law issues differently.
When asked why I chose law as a profession one of my answers has always been that I wanted to help make a positive difference in peoples' lives. I have represented clients that have lived through a lifetime of abuse and control by the other spouse which makes me question why they waited so long before seeking legal advice.
My results have been so good, I enthusiastically refer all of my friends! The mother of my children kept taking me back to court and Attorney Prainito won every time. We used to share joint custody but I now have sole custody thanks to Attorney Prainito's excellent advise and representation. We went to trial and Attorney Prainito was so much better prepared than the other attorney it was almost embarrassing.
Legal guardianship is a means by which an adult can assume the legal and physical responsibility for minors under the age of 17 years who are not his or her natural or adopted children. People may apply for legal guardianship on a temporary or permanent basis after a child's custodial parents become incapacitated or have been proven unfit to properly care for the child.

I hired Mr. Prainito in 2012 to represent me. My ex-husband filed a false contempt charge against me. I also needed to petition the court regarding child/spousal support and visitation issues. Not only did Mr. Prainito have the contempt charge dropped, he also negotiated an excellent support settlement for my son and I. Mr. Prainito's initial consultation with me was lengthy and reasonably priced. He spent a lot of time listening to the facts of my case and then reviewing the process. I felt comfortable hiring him as he seemed to understand the issues of the case, my concerns and was very experienced in handling child support matters. Frank Is mistake that prolonged my legal issues and drained my retainer faster than he used up my court fee account. Did you notice he was always in his office... He is the single worst mistake...
He is a multi-functional practicing attorney out there... no specialty, no area of expertise, no reason to give him any money for NOTHING..!!!!

I was the victim of a bad marriage. I was referred to Frank Prainito by a friend who had experienced similar abuse issues with her baby’s father. I hired Frank to handle my divorce and domestic violence problems. Frank filed for orders and within 2 days we appeared in court. I have been in a child custody case for the last three months with Mr. Prainito and I acquired him as a lawyer over the phone because we live in Colorado and the case was there in San Bernardino. We hired him because we thought out of the goodness of his heart he would let us pay the retainer off monthly. We soon had sent the whole thing because we came into some money and wanted to take care of it. No sooner than we sent the 3500 it was gone from staple fees to penmanship. I hired Frank for a simple probate issue because he was cheap and available all hours of the day(clue). His retainer was $3500.00 plus filing fees. I would meet with Frank and discuss a plan of action, when I would follow up a week later he had no recollection and did none of it.
He quickly burned through my retainer and then was siphoning off my filing fees. When I realized Frank was incompetent I quickly fired him. His office never had other clients there when I would meet him(clue). There is so much more to say but I'm limited to space.
Anyone else be careful.
