Watterson Construction Co. opened their doors in 1981 as a small general contractor. Today we are one of the largest Alaskan owned and operated construction companies in the state of Alaska.

Projects range from barracks and dormitories, large retail stores, offices, banks, schools and universities, to maintenance facilities and warehouses. In 1998 our team designed and built the first Best Value Design/Build project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Alaska District.
We offer clients a variety of services encompassing design/build, CM @ Risk and conventional bid projects. Our approach to all projects utilizes our three key management principals of Partnering, Communication, and Innovation. Using these principals we are able to resolve potential issues early on and spot possible savings, in addition to providing the client with a quality project delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
