I have to say I was extremely skeptical of doing “classes” I have always been a loner at the gym using free weights and machines along with cardio however, I went to a bootcamp and absolutely FELL IN LOVE. You can go as light or heavy as you wish and it’s NON STOP (I would always leave a regular gym early not hold myself accountable) then all the HOTT classes OH MY! Best decision ever going Motiv8! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TRY SOME CLASSES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!

Katie is amazing!, I love it she motivates pushes you to the best you can do, modifies if you have certain limitations. When I first came in I'm not going to lie the first 15 minutes Were so hard, you don't realize how out of shape you are until you really try to make that change. Advice I can give us don't start on leg day. I have 5 months and I pushed my self to an 8 mile Spartan , of course I walked the whole time but that was a huge accomplishment thanks to Katie is an exceptional trainer and wants the best for each individual to meet their goal.
