LVL Fitness is a 45-minute, muscle shaking, heart pumping, high intensity TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. The workout is done on the state-of-the-art Megaformer M3S+, which provides constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine uses a system of springs and pulleys, as well as your own body weight, to attack each muscle in a concentrated manner to sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe way.

At LVL Fitness you can expect to take your workout to the next level. In just 45 minutes, you will experience the most revolutionary core-focused, full body workout in the fitness industry- one that not only works over 600 muscles per session, but in many cases works several hundred per exercise!
In each small group session, you will be trained by a LVL Fitness experienced trainer, who is masterful at combining the benefits of weight training (strength), cardio (interval training), and yoga (balance and flexibility) with less time, more intensity, and minimal impact on your joints.

My daughter bought three classes for my 60th birthday. It has been the best birthday present ever. The workouts are intense but fun and the music is motivating. The instructors have all been professional and helpful especially to a newbie. I absolutely recommend this type of workout for core, flexibility, balance, strength, cardio and more all in one. Even us old dogs can learn a new trick.

LVL fitness adds FIRE and SPICE to your traditional squats, lunges, push-ups, and ab workouts. You can always challenge yourself and make the workout as hard as you want it to be or easily modify as needed. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a family vibe right when you walk in! I love starting my mornings at LVL fitness and leave class feeling stronger and better about myself. Book a lagree class and see what the hype and addiction is all about. This is an incredible workout for your entire body. It as been a great supplement to running and has given me strength and definition. Each class is unique - but they are all challenging. You can modify as needed and it is fun to feel yourself improving and getting stronger. The teachers are high energy and take the time to make sure your form is correct. They go to great lengths to make sure the gym is clean and sanitized after every session. Best of all the classes are short enough (45 min for regular sessions, 25 min for lunch) that it is easy to fit into your schedule.

LVL studio and all the instructors are incredible but the best part is the results you get! I have tried all the workout "trends" so to speak and this has been the only workout that has produced incredible results and I finally saw definition in my core area. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a fun and results driven workout. The first class can be daunting but after a few you become addicted to the challenge and get more comfortable on the machine.

I'm kind of a lazy exerciser. I like the end results of working out, but I don't always like the work it takes to get to that point. I am not at all self-motivated and if I'm not supervised, I'm very likely to take lots of "breaks." But there are no breaks at LVL! I need to be pushed and the instructors totally do that, but in a way that makes it fun and feels so rewarding. The workouts are always challenging, but you'll be able to feel yourself getting more capable over time, able to add more weight for a move, able to get lower in your lunge than before, etc.

Love the results I’ve gotten! It is so addicting. The instructors are so motivating and make you want to push yourself. The first few classes I was kind of intimidated by the moves but the instructors and other members were so helpful. So glad I joined. I would recommend it to all levels of fitness.

LVL has been such a wonderful addition to my fitness routine. The instructors are all AMAZING and full of energy whether you’re in a 6 am or 6 pm class! Signing up for classes is easy and convenient. Purchasing a membership/classes is no pressure whatsoever. I love that no one tried to “sell” me anything or any package! These women know their product sells itself! I am hooked and will be continuing my fitness journey with LVL!

You’ve got to try LVL!! In one week you’ll go from totally intimidated to totally addicted. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, the knowledgeable instructors will help you work through the moves and get an amazing workout every single time. I love that they take the time to learn the names of each of their students and push us all to be the best we can be. And as someone with back issues, I love that it’s low impact so I can do the moves without getting hurt. Give it a try and you’ll love it!

What an AWESOME workout! Different than anything I have ever done in my many years of working out in gyms. The trainers are hands on and friendly, the room is well lit with clean equipment, and great music is playing while going through a class. One of the best workouts I have done in years. I highly recommend it ~ especially for someone who wants to change up their workout routine.

I had a great workout at the new LVL Fitness in town! This was a totally new workout for me and I've never done anything like it. I was a little nervous going into it but both instructors were really great at explaining the megaformer machine as well as the moves we were going to do. Since I am also starting from scratch at working out again they also provided modifications, which were great. I attended a lunch express 25 minute class, but regular classes are 45 minutes long. I'll work up to those eventually. I was shaky and sweaty at the end. The workout I did was leg focused
