Check ZocDoc for over 1,000 5 star actual reviews of this practice because Google maps is too public, patients don’t want to leave public reviews if psych. Fact is, mental health is more important than any health and Dr Pandian is a very skilled psychiatrist.
He is conservative and does not load you with meds like I’ve heard other psychs do.
He takes the time to get to know you and really build a relationship so he can follow your progress.

The doctor is great. What isn’t is waiting over an hour if you’re 5 minutes late to an appointment. Also, get some friendlier office staff. You’re dealing with mental health. People don’t need a unpleasant person barking at them if they’re coming to a psychiatrist. Looking into switching practices because of this.

Dr. P is one of the most compassionate physicians I've ever visited. He is extremely knowledgeable about the scientific basis of medications and uses that huge pool of knowledge to come up with a treatment that works with you, AS A HUMAN BEING!
The office staff is so diligent and kind- they focus solely on getting you time slot that you need. They have an extremely well-thought out policy: if there is an issue with treatment after meeting with Dr. Pandian, the office staff make sure that 24 hours post-meeting, you can meet with Dr. Pandian again in case the treatment had not worked out in that
