Absolute horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!! My appointment was cancelled then rescheduled 3 times. Finally after receiving a final appointment time I received 2 reminders the day before and the day of reminding me of my appointment time however when i arrived they informed me that my appointment was supposedly cancelled and the doctor was not even in office. After being told i was unable to be seen and leaving I then received a text 30 mins later thanking me for my visit and to leave a review of my experience. Why are you thanking me for a visit that you all supposedly "cancelled"? Entirely

I was very impressed with the welcoming service here at the office. I came in here for an appointment and even though my appointment had to be rescheduled the ladies in front still let me see the doctor promptly and were very nice to all patients coming in as well.
I come from an industry where people write bad reviews constantly because they don't have any patience, if you're ever in the medical or real estate industry, nearly most practices will have a lot of bad reviews in there due to people just making bad reviews for no real good reason. Saw Dr.Thapar on a Monday. First visit. Seemed very nice. He upped my antidepressant and added another one to it to help sleep? I called back that afternoon to find out why he upped my dosage and added another antidepressant while only spending 15 min with me.
I also had told him I didn’t just want medication. I didn’t want weight gain. Med he prescribed causes weight gain. Anyhoo, it’s Thursday and he has not returned my call. No one from his office has reached out. Very disappointed

From unannounced scheduling changes to canceled appointments to leaving me in the waiting room because the doctor had decided to leave, this facility has left me feeling incredibly unimportant and as though my time and conditions are of minimal importance. I understand the doctor is a busy man, but I to am busy, I work two jobs and often have to request off work or go in late to make my appointments, yet I spend more time waiting than with the actual doctor. Just incredibly disappointed.
