Services
AZTEC High School is a Charter School under the umbrella of the Yuma County Juvenile Justice Center. The school was chartered in 1995 under the direction of Juvenile Judge Thomas Thode to provide educational opportunities and vocational training for students on probation, who were not attending school.

I'm happy to take this opportunity to welcome all the Warriors both current and future to another great Aztec school year. There have been a few changes this year, so please pay attention in your classes as your teacher will review those with you. I am also happy to say that while the Graduation criteria is more extensive this year, when you graduate you will be even better prepared for your next adventure be it school or work.
Aztec High School is a fully accredited charter alternative school. Every class Aztec High offers, including CTE classes, is available to all students and will be scheduled based on their need and transcripts recieved. All student class schedules will be developed by the Principal and/or school Counselor.
The school uniform has as its purpose to unifying of our student body, regardless of financial status. Requiring students to wear a uniform dress standard serves as a reminder to the students that school is a place of formality, order, and discipline. The uniform will be in effect for all school days, Monday - Thursday.
