Administration don't know how to be organized with what they want done. management needs to learn better manners or they won't be open very long. rude employees in the administration and management. they need to be closed already because i would never let someone as rude and inconsiderate as these rat faces take care of my family members.

I want to thank the Director (Carol T.) and staff for being pro-active with the care of the residents during the recent flu outbreak. They were placed under quarantine (requested to remain in their apartments) and continued to receive excellent care by having meals, medication, etc delivered directly to their room at no extra charge. Everyone was well cared for by the loving staff who attends to all of their needs. My parents have been fortunate to avoid the virus because of the precautionary measures taken, for this I am very grateful.

Discovered that Benton House was building a new community, virtually in my back yard when the sign went up pre construction, last year. This caught my eye because I had just decided that my mother would be in need of some extra care and a safe environment to help with her needs.
Contacting them was a pleasant experience, answering all of my numerous questions. Was invited to many events as the building was completed and opened, so we knew most of the staff by name, all showing exceptional concern and compassion to both my mother, as well as my needs and concerns as the family care giver.
