My wife & I recently had the pleasure (yes that's possible at a collision center) of dealing with Bryan & Nicole. They are both high communicators with a can-do attitude. Over the course of a few days, they were able to refer us to a near by rental car agency, who gave us VIP service, as well as order the parts to get our truck back on the road to our home in San Diego. They delivered 5 Star service, as well as being personable & compassionate. I was kept informed throughout the process. It was on time. The bodywork and paint job is outstanding. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

For years now I have been taking my families cars to Artistic Collision. They always do excellent work. I have never had a problem with any of the work that they have done. They are always quick and have the vehicles ready on time.
As an insurance agent I see all kinds or autobody repair shops. Many of them do what they say and just get the cars back to the owners. I also see horrible shops that have delay after delay not to mention that the quality of the work is adequate at best. In 15 years of recommending them I have never had one complaint from my policy holders. I get compliment after compliment

Getting into an accident is never a good experience. It can be very nerve jarring. Between the instant thought of health and safety of all involved and you being back on the road are a lot unknowns. Like you I had to make a decision to go with the insurance recommendation repair shop or chose one myself. I was worried that the insurance recommendation might use cheaper parts so I went with the dealership recommendation of Artistic Collision Center. I'm so glad I did! I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Artistic Collision Center. Remember the above mentioned nerve jarring

I am currently getting my vehicle repaired here. The staff is friendly, caring, and outstanding. They clearly care about their customers and have a passion for making your vehicle in like new condition as much as you do! I don't have a fancy car it is just a commuter, but I want it looking great still.
Artistic Collision makes sure that you and your vehicle is taken care of. They update you regularly on findings, progress or any issues they might find along the way.

Me and my husband will NEVER NEVER go anywhere else to get our cars fixed! Their shop is beautiful and always clean. They always do an amazing job fixing our cars. Our 2006 mustang driver side door got hit and it now looks like nothing happened. Thank you for your great customer service and fixing our beauty!

Great place! I had some repair done on my left driver door and they were quick on the repair and courteous. In addition, there were some minor issue with the same door 5 months after the repair that the owner explain that was due to wear and tear of my old car but they were still willing to help me out with the minor repair! Great customer service! Will come back again.

Very helpful and we're very willing to work with my busy schedule. The day I had to pick up my car, they were willing to stay after hours to let me pick it up after I got off. They cleaned the inside of my car which was a nice little gesture. Dealing with a car accident is already stressful but they made it hassle free.

After being rear-ended, i got a couple quotes and from the first intial call Bryan was very helpful. He looked at my car and gave me my best option.
My car was there for 2-3 days and the results are amazing! Thank you for the great customer service and phenomenal work. I would return if I needed anything in the future.

I see why this place has 5 stars. It was $175 cheaper than the other two auto shops I got price quotes from and they went above and beyond! They buffed out small scratches and detailed my car inside and out for free. They did excellent work on my Subaru Forester. It looks beautiful. So happy I found these guys on Yelp. Thanks Brian!

After having several repairs done at body shops over the years I was pretty much convinced that once a vehicle had been in an accident it would never regain it's factory appearance.
Since recently visiting Artistic Collision to have a few repairs done to my 2006 Tundra my opinion has changed.
Body work and paint were done to perfection! My truck does indeed again look as if it just came off the showroom floor. Having windows smashed and dents put in your vehicle is not a pleasurable experience but dealing with Steve and Bryan and their friendly and professional attitude definitely helps

These guys are GREAT! I have a 2006 ford F150 and they did a fantastic job repairing my bed side and a big dent in the top of my cab. I stopped by the shop, and Bryan was able to provide an estimate on the spot. He was very professional and walked me through every step of the process in detail along with outlining what I thought was a pretty aggressive schedule. They had my truck finished exactly when they said they would and it turned out perfect!
It's nice have found a shop that does great work and sticks to their schedule. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend

These guys do phenomenal work! I brought my ex's car here about two years ago when it was hit on the drivers side and was very impressed with the job they did. I went back last month when someone hit me in my car when I was stopped at a light. They do outstanding work, they are professional and very pleasant to deal with, and they took care of every aspect of getting my car fixed including dealing with the insurance companies, calling the rental car place, etc., and made it very easy for me. I won't go anywhere else for my collision repair needs and I would highly recommend Brian and this shop

These guys are great do quality work. Took my car there and I needed a paint job to be redone after a bad experience with another local shop. Anyway, they did the work the same day and in 24 hours my car was ready and looked awesome. They charged me the same as the previous shop but with much better results and they also said the their work has a lifetime guarantee.
They used text alerts (neat) to let you know about the progress.
Brian was very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend their shop for any body work and paint work.
