Brilliant pioneered the way for customized Sprinter Vans back in 2010 with our flagship vehicle, the Brilliant Van. We rented the Mercedes Sprinter 14 seater for a tour of NYC to places where our parents had lived, worked, and played. We were honoring their memories as both had passed away recently. Our driver Gilbert, was awesome. He not only knew how to get to our destinations, but offered advice/help on re-arranging the order of our stops to save us time...considering he is paid by the hour, that was big!
We had 8 people, including 3 younger children along and without this Brilliant solution, it would have been a nightmare trying to get cabs, Ubers, buses, subway, etc. getting from site to site. Of course

Willy Nunoz is a prized driver on this team. He gave us quite the tour in NYC and we wouldn't traded the experience for anything. Having celebrity clientele is one thing but drivers who can show you a good time, be funny and knowledgable makes this company valuable to the highest degree. The reservation staff specifically Melissa did a great job in recommending me using the Cadillac for the party fo three and it was well worth the money. I will be using this company again for sure.

I used Brilliant Transportation for a large scale event in The Hamptons and I would have DIED without them. Rich was on site the entire weekend personally managing the transportation. His flexibility and insight into how to manage the vans was so appreciated. The vehicles were SPOTLESS and the drivers all super friendly and knew where they were going.
I can't say enough great things about Rich, his drivers and the entire Brilliant team.
