My love of motorcycles started at a very young age. I have a passion for road racing and drag racing motorcycles. In September of 2000, I was invited to join the CrossRoads Harley-Davidson team. I began my career in the parts department under the guidance of our parts manager Marty. In 2006 a position became available in the motorcycle sales team.
I transitioned into sales and have developed relationships with our customers that love riding as much as I do. If I'm not at CrossRoads Harley-Davidson I will see you on the road! The Fat Bob is all Harley-Davidson, but at the same time, it's unlike any Harley motorcycle that ever existed before. While traveling thru the mountains of WV VA & NC we stopped in Blowing Rock NC to stay a few nights. The ignition switch came out of our bike with the forks locked so we were stuck! Mike in service was so nice and helpful! He sent his mechanic Cory and a driver with a trailer to haul the bike back to the dealership if it couldn’t be fixed on the road. Luckily it took less than a minute to fix and we were back on the road very quickly! Thanks Mike for getting your guys there so quickly!

I really enjoyed my experience of purchasing my 2021 Roadglide Limited from Crossroads Harley Davidson in Wilkesboro, NC. As I came into the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and then listened intently to my concerns and requests. After talking to them about my desired bike and options, they immediately got busy trying to locate my bike, and work on getting it for me. Which they did and ended up getting my bike to the dealership the next evening. Everyone was outstanding in their duties during the purchase process. I look forward to dealing with my new family at

On a road trip in the Smokey Mountains, 600+ miles from home, the regulator on 2008 Deluxe Softail failed in Boone NC, googled 'Harley Dealer near me', called Cross Roads HD about 3pm on 7/29/2021, spoke with Kevin(Bull), the service manager, about getting it repaired, he said get it to me and we'll repair ASAP, googled a local tow company and it was towed the 30 miles to Cross Roads in Wilkesboro NC, by 5:10pm that day we were on the road again! How awesome is that!! Much Respect received and given.

Love riding to the Harley Stores and checking them out...Usually my Riding Buddies and my Husband and I meet a lot of other fellow Bike Riders and enjoy chatting with them..while there.
