We are a Los Angeles-based small enterprise that has been creating quality t-shirts since 2000. Our specialty is doing "full-package" garment manufacturing, providing t-shirts (either sourcing blanks or making from scratch aka cut and sew), decorating (screen printing, embroidery, and dye processes), and packaging (labeling, stickering, individual folding and polybagging).

We have an industrial facility and are not open to the public since last year. Our minimum order is 36 units per design for printing and embroidery, 300 units for cut and sew, and 144 units for custom dyeing. We also offer heat transfer printing, vinyl transfers, label changes, and custom bag/box printing.
Services
We offer embroidery for a minimum of 36 pieces. This is a great option for using thread to decorate a garment instead of printing. Items like caps, polos, dress shirts, lab coats and scrubs, beanies, and bags are items we have embroidered on. Sublimation printing allows full color printing on synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, and spandex.
Screen priting traces its origins to 10th Century China, later spreading to other Asian cultures. The "serigraphy" or silk screen process has evolved over time, but is based on the same technology. Ink is passed through a stenciled mesh to apply artwork or text onto surfaces. In our case, we use nylon mesh screens, rubber squeegees, and oil-based, water-based, and vinyl inks to imprint artwork onto t-shirts and other apparel.
These close ups of dtg prints for diamond supply co. on black shirts are about an inch wide - look at the incredible detail dtg can achieve! The "harlot salon" print on the left is a screen print (another print can be seen showing through the reverse side) and the one on the right was printed dtg at a competitor while our machine was being repaired.
Embroidery is beautiful way to apply your logo or text onto hats, polos, sweatshirts, and jackets. Your design is first "digitized" or converted into a format for the embroidery machine to understand where to stitch which color thread. Then the garment is "hooped" by securing plastic fasteners to hold the item in place while the needles do the stitching.
Sublimation printing is a technology that works similarly to an old-school heat transfer and is used for printing directly into synthetic fabrics like polyester, nylon, spandex. Your image/design is printed on a large format ink jet printer with waterbase inks onto a special paper. The paper is then placed onto the white synthetic fabric and pressed at a high temperature, causing the ink to sublimate into the fibers.
