I cannot explain how wonderful my experience was! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a silly cat dad shirt and this exceeded my expectations! The final product was super soft and exactly what I had in mind design wise. Their team came up with additional design details that elevated the design of the shirt. The quality of the shirt and the print was exceptional!!
I have worked with other printers before that didn't turn out as great quality wise, and this place is the real deal. 10/10!!

**For context, I have used T-shirt lab 3 times and each out came out great**
- I called and asked for a quote for 13 shirts, I get it at $13.75/ shirt. they ask me to submit the image for a proof. I get the proof back and say do it.
- Next day call because i haven't gotten the payment e-mail they usually send.
- Delfino apologized and said I will get a call back by 5pm to let me know whether they can still do the shirts at that rate because their DTG machine broke down. Otherwise it will be $28/shirt, which I respectfully declined.

-I call back the following day and he decided

They say you can only have 2/3: speed, price, quality. Well - tshirt lab delivered on all 3. I had a short turnaround of a week for screenprinted shirts, they got it done. They also gave me the most competitive quote out of the 3 shops I called, and the print job had no errors. Delfino was very communicative and efficient. I'll definitely be working with them again on my next project.

I needed to custom print artwork onto a single hoodie for a birthday gift, and this was a completely new process to me. Tshirt Lab's website is clean and simple to navigate, although I would have liked to be able to see/compare product prices myself instead of calling to ask for multiple options.
When I had questions and wanted recommendations, I was able to reach Delfino on the phone every time I called and on email with quick response times. Got 100 shirts made here in the heart of the pandemic. They were a little slow to reply to emails, but otherwise, they were great. I price matched every major silk screening place in West LA and their price matched the lowest price I could find. While other places were telling me it would take two weeks or more to complete the order, Tshirt Lab promised a week and a half and delivered them in 11 days. They were unable to get the shirts we wanted in the color we wanted, but they swapped out another brand, which I'm not quite as happy with, but at least they provided an alternative and let me

I need some shirts made for a bit of humor. They were pretty elaborate in their design. I had a front logo, a full sleeve logo, a shoulder patch, and a large back picture!
I emailed no less the 10 different companies in the area. The ones that did respond (about 6 out of 10) had a lot of weird rules:
- I could not provide my own shirts.
-I had to order a rather higher then expected specific minimum quantity (usually 25 or more).
-I could only use very specific materials for my shirts.
-I had SEVERAL quotes that wanted 37.00 (it was 36.75 for one) or more (41.00) for a single shirt AFTER I

I can't speak highly enough about this business. I've done a lot of custom shirts and stuff over the years. I've had some really nice items made in that time. We have recently worked together with T-Shirt Lab on a new design, and T-shirts for our company.
Delfino and his team did an absolute amazing job with our new shirts, and completely blew our expectations!
I have recently got 20 shirts made for my construction company, and we can't say enough of how much we loved working with them ! They provided us with amazing customer service, fast responses to changes, and absolutely top quality shirts, and prints !

I started working with the T-Shirt Lab in December of 2019 when I had an idea for my own apparel brand and I instantly became a "regular". Delfino took the time to sit down with me and explain the process of taking my vision and making it a reality. These guys are the best. I've done a couple projects with Delfino - his customer service is really great. His attitude is excellent, he's very patient, fair, knowledgeable, really takes an interest in helping you meet your goals and goes out of his way to make you happy customer whether you are making a big order or just need help with one shirt. They took their time and looked at our artwork and even edited the file I sent to adjust colors.

Delfino was our guy during this process. Nice guy but I think they had their heads up their @$$. After three tries at getting five shirts done for which we had our own design sent to them, they couldn't do it right. He ended up refunding me in the end and was only slightly apologetic. How could they do hundreds of shirts for their large clients if they can do one order right?
