According to the National Spinal Cord Injury Statistical Center, an estimated 12,000 people sustain spinal cord injuries each year, with the majority resulting from car accidents. I have worked with Atty. Nugent on several occasions and have even referred family members to him. Couldn't recommend anyone better - he's got a great support crew, is an excellent litigator and most of all, is great with his clients. I was rear-ended in New Haven and suffered some neck issues. My friends said "Get a Lawyer" I am normally a do-it-yourself kinda guy. But I searched online for a Lawyer and found one with five stars. I am sure glad I did.
There's was a lot of crazy paper work and communication that I didn't have time for or the knowledge of.
James Nugent worked his Lawyer Magic while his paralegal Cameron worked to get my medical bills paid.
Then I got Paid!! They are even still working on my case to see if i can get a little more. Would I recommend? YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim is my go-to referral for personal injury cases. I have never had a client complain about the referral; indeed, folks complain that I don't treat them as well as he does. He carefully screens cases, and selects those he feels passionately about. Each client is treated as a valued friend and family member, and the results show. I will never forget the time he walked into my office with a whopping referral fee. I hadn't even asked for one in the case. A man of complete integrity and a great advocate. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I hope I never need to hire a lawyer again, but if I do, Jim will be the man I call. From the very beginning, Jim and his team took great care of me and my case. I was never out of the loop or unsure of what was going to happen next. They kept me informed at every point in the process. I never once felt like I was "just another case" to them.
