Our "Open Access" program allows you to refer a patient to I & O Medical Centers at any time during the course of his or her treatment plan. I & O Medical Centers can initiate treatment at the onset of the injured worker. If the injured worker has been referred to another physician and you are not pleased with the treatment plan, Dr. Michael Baddar will step in and take over the care of the patient.

If you want to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen and treated rudely, this is your place. I should have realized when I pulled up and saw half the staff outside smoking. After three hour wait I sat in a room and listened to the staff joking and cussing so loud. The doctor I saw was helpful, but I can’t believe this is a professional organization. This place is a joke.

I had to come here at I & O Medical Center, since this is where my employer chose to do our pre employment drug screening. I went to a funeral yesterday during the latter part of the day,(relevant), and I rode with a coworker so I asked her to drop me off there, since it is located in my neighborhood. So I get out of the car and I walk up to their sign, which I now know is located on the back entrance of the building. The sign says Business Office Entrance - Hours of Operation 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. There's also an arrow pointing to the Clinic Entrance. Nowhere is there
