Fayette Medical Supply, Inc. is a family owned and operated company dedicated to providing home medical equipment, respiratory services and medical supplies to the communities of La Grange, Bastrop, and surrounding areas.

Services
Our La Grange location has been servicing Fayette, Lee, Colorado and surrounding counties since 1982. Our office is on East Travis Street, Business 71, between HEB and the Golden Chick restaurant. Our Bastrop location has been servicing Bastrop and surrounding counties since 1994. Our office is on Old Austin Highway, which runs behind the HEB parallel to Hwy 71, across from Aqua Water.
Medicare Part B covers physician visits, laboratory tests, ambulance services and home medical equipment. You often do not have to pay a monthly fee to have Part A benefits (you only pay money when you use services), the Part B program requires a monthly premium to stay enrolled (even if you do not use the services).

I was told that I needed a hand brace for an injury to my thumb. I had all my insurance info and was told I could get the brace at no cost to me. My doctor wrote the wrong diagnoses and the lady at in Bastrop at Fayette medical supply kept trying to get a hold of my doctors office to correct it. I waited 3 hours for my doctor to change it but not one person could help me on both sides. I sat in my car waiting at Fayette Medical Supply and when I went in an asked if it was ready the lady started yelling and being rude to me for no reason I will not ever go back. Daniela has been so professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate in assisting me in the process of the coordination with the sleep lab and my insurance company. She has gone beyond in speaking with my insurance company which has been extremely difficult in obtaining clarifications and approval.
She has always responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Their office is well over an hour from me and I could have gone with someone closer but, Daniela’ Customer service was the deciding factor.

I have never felt more unwelcome at a place of business! I attempted to bring my business from Apria who I was not happy with to FMS. It was apparent that because I had been an Apria customer I was not welcome to do business with FMS . Connie M. the Bastrop manager of Fayette Medical Suppy was loud, aggressive and dismissive in my attempt to understand why they would not accept my business.
