Great service, it has improved over the years. Many of the nail technicians are friendly and will remember you if you visit often. Joanne and Audrey are always friendly and socialize with everyone. This spot has remained quite nice and clean over the years. There are plenty of comfortable seats to choose from, especially for the pedicures. The seats are large massage chairs. They'll offer you drinks if you ask for it. I typically opt for a water bottle while getting a manicure or pedicure. They have a decent selection of nail polish to choose from. The colors are vivid and nothing is stale

I've lived in Sugar Land for over 20 years and this is my first experience with Nails By Yen, I wasn't disappointed. Joanne did a fabulous job on my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it. She was gentle and took her time on each nail, so I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door like other places I've been to. Thanks Joanne.

Wonderful service. My Li once worked for envogue, and we were so sad when we heard she left. Someone else told us she came here, and my mom and I always request her for her service. Another coworker of hers also does an amazing job for me when Mi Li is busy with mom. Truly great place to get a pedicure for a great price.

Times have changed with place. It has gone down since the original owner has left. There are some lovely people who still work their, but the only reason why this place even has three stars from me is because of the person who does my nails who has done them for over 15 years and the lady up front who takes the appointments. The professionalism is not good and the current owner doesnt have great customer service. I will miss this place should it close.

Very satisfied with my service. I came to this place because it was rated 4 stars and near my home. I just moved to Sugar Land. I was greeted when I came in. I only had time for eyebrow wax and WOW!!! I was amazed by how much detail and time was put into them. My tech was Joanna. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow! I've come three times and already am in love. I live right around the corner and this place is a hidden gem. I've had three different techs each time and all of them have treated me kindly and with respect. However, Judy stood out the most to me by taking her time and teaching me about the health of my own nails! Such a great place! I'll bee seeing y'all again soon! Thanks for the hospitality.

Awesome place! I'm a guy, and I had never had a Manicure or Pedicure in my life until about 4 years ago....I've still not had a Manicure. The manager Ann always hooks me up with someone that knows how to give a good Pedicure. I always get the Delux, and I go probably 3 times a year. I will keep coming back! Awesome experience!

Getting a pedicure right now. My friend and I both requested the deluxe pedicure. Mine started out great. Then more customers started walking in. My last left me for a good 15 minutes. My friend's lady did not get up and had already been massaging her for 5 minutes. My last came back and did 5 minutes of massage and was caught up to the lady who is doing my friend's pedi. So basically my friend got a 20 minute massage and I got 5. All because she decided to attend to another customer. This place sucks and we honestly only came because my friend had a gift card. The nails techs are all friendly and talk to you they don't shout over the salon to talk to each other they take appointments and walk ins. I've been going to them for about two years now. I never have a problem with my nails not lasting longer than two weeks. They clean each pedicure chair right after they are done and dispose of things properly. The owner is very nice and always has a smile. It's a hidden gem that I couldn't be happier about finding.

My mom is a fancy lady and gets her nails done every week. She's done this basically my entire life and shops around until she finds her place. Once she finds that place, she never leaves it. Upon moving to Sugar Land from Miami, she searched high and low for her weekly nail salon. This place won in the end.

3 stars for good service, product, color selection and price. However, it looked to me that each manicurist treated their clients with used nail files/buffers, as the nail file that was used on me was clearly previously used.
I'm not certain what the Texas requirements for sanitation are, but I don't think I will be returning to this salon.

This is my go to place whenever I need manicure pedicure. Their price is very reasonable and I love that they they have lots of nail polish to choose from, including some trendy colors like green, blue, purple, etc.
They have many return customers, so that speaks for itself that this place is good. I've been their customer for the past 4 years.

I willingly and shamelessly confess that I am a nail salon snob. 1) I am Vietnamese, so naturally I have nail salon running through my blood and 2) I worked as a receptionist at a nail salon for a better part of 6 months so I know the ins/outs/good/bad of nail salons. Granted, I don't know anything ABOUT actually doing nails and you might as well take a sharpie and color your nails in before getting me to do them for you, but I have a great eye for good nail salons and bad nail salons.

The ladies here have never been anything but nice to me. I've never made an appointment, but they do accept them. Still, I have never had to wait to get in as a walk-in. The women here don't make you feel awkward at all, even if you are new. They seem to get a ton of repeat customers and have often known the regulars by name when I've been here.
Only thing I wish they had is a private wax room. I don't prefer to get my eyebrows waxed in front of the entire salon

Yen has discounts on Mondays and Tuesdays, and their prices are already pretty reasonable. They take the time to do your nails and pamper you. I def recommend this place and I will be returning!

Nail places tend to all be the same. Some trendier than others, but typically they are all hit or miss on quality depending on which nail technician you go to. Not Nails by Yen. Yen makes sure she hires all of the best nail technicians the area has to offer, so that you can be sure whoever your seated with will do a fabulous job.
