Fully arelax every times I came here!! It's so great to have them in Richmond area. I tried the fresh orange pedicure, they use hot stone and fresh orange to massage my leg! Demi always make my nails on point and everyone keep asking me where did I have my nails done. Great job guysss!!

I walked in and was on awww. There is an actual with liquor& menu of drinks. The place is beautiful see pictures. I tried the pointed nails for first time. I was so impressed. Stacey did an amazing job. And Lee did a phenomenal job on my feet. I definitely will return! The staff are great.

Ooooh! It’s like I got an early Christmas present when I came!! My nails were so beautifully done I couldn’t stop looking at them even after the appointment! I came in with a photo and Demi executed the design perfectlyyyyy! Even the snowflakes!!! Y’all see that? Wow, it’s so good and so pretty! Also, the nail techs were so gentle with my hands and feet and the messages are top tier omgg. Bisou never disappoints.

Demi, Lee and Lucy are the best!!!!! I have been receiving services from them for over 2 years not only are they business professionals but they also treat you like family. The store is absolutely gorgeous with exceptional services and a very comfortable and clean environment. I definitely recommend. I would give them a billion stars if ratings would allow... These people are perfect… today is exactly 30 days later and my nail dip set are still intact.
My right index fingernail broke the second day but I went back on Monday and David was my nail tech guy, he patiently redid the broken nail for me. I got this done on Aug. 15th, today is September 14th. And all the nails are still intact. I know I need a new set but haven’t just had the time. But I’m def going back there as soon as I have the time. I don’t care if I have to come here all the way from Tomball, these people are good! David did my nail, I would give him 10 stars if I could. Kudos

Hearing about they have 20% off under new management, I came today to get my nails done for my wedding photoshoot. Great customer service and price is affordable, all the ladies are so nice and very welcoming! Beautiful interior and they have wine/juice for the customer which is so relaxing! I am so happy after Demi designed my nails, sooo fancyyy!

Very disappointing and expensive. Came here because I saw the $18 pedicure sign. When I checked in I told the front desk I wanted the pedicure advertised, she said okay classic pedicure and I agreed. BIG MISTAKE. The pedicure was fine, nothing to write home about but when they pulled the scrub and the hot stones out I got worried I was being taken for a ride. I asked this is the basic and no one answered they just kept speaking in their language. The dip manicure was mediocre and the lady doing it kept trying to get me to get tips put on. I kept saying no but you could tell she was just rushing

OVER PRICED! . They charge you an extra $5 for ANY LITTLE THING. I went to get a pedicure and a powder set on my nails , they charged me $5 for "nail removal " and $5 for cuticle cut which in opinion should automatically come with any manicure or full set . I didn't have on any fake nails just a regular powder set from a month ago . These people charged me an extra $5 to remove the old powder set. No other nail salon has ever charged me an extra $5 for something like that . Ridiculous!

I am visiting from LA and stopped by this amazing nail salon. I must say I am very impressed with EVERYTHING. From the service to the color selection, not to mention the prices. This place is so cute and the decor just reminds me of a posh nail salon back home. Michelle, the owner, was very accommodating. The nail shop was clean and practicing safe COVID procedures which made me that much more comfortable. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Houston!

Came in today to give it a try. They were offering an express $18 pedicure. My favorite go to place was recently sold and just about everyone left so I have been trying to find another good place. Spent $50-$60 at so many other places to not be happy with the service provided so when I saw the $18 express special I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did!
The inside is absolutely stunning to look at. Very soothing and elegant salon. A ton of my favorites from my old place are here which is an extra bonus!

1st time here and I was a bit nervous because I haven't had my nails done in 10+ years after my last nail tech made basically all my cuticles bleed.
David was my nail tech, he was very nice, funny and patient when I asked a billion questions.
Atmosphere was great, loved my complimentary drink and everyone was friendly and attentive.
My nails were done fast, all my questions answered and David finished it off with cuticle oil, lotion and hand massage.
Basically if you want to be pampered, come here. They are amazing!!
