Closing the real estate transaction is basically the investigation made or actions taken by either a title agent or title attorney before the actual issuance of the title policy. There are five basic steps that usually followed in somewhat the same order in every real estate transaction.

Although it is not the job of the title agent or title attorney to cure defects in or problems with the title to the property or perform escrow or other services outside of closing the transaction, title agents and title attorney help in these matters on a somewhat regular basis.A sales contract is signed by the buyer and seller and delivered to the closing agent, usually with a deposit check.

Hobby Lobby is a very clean, attractive, and well-stocked store. The latter is not easy to do after the wheels of industry were paused during the pandemic. I bought fake floral for 12 centerpieces at 50% off for my 50th class reunion, which is later this month. Lots of stems for autumn. The fellow at checkout was friendly and efficient. In the past, I have purchased decor, frames, and upholstery fabric and tools for redoing 8 dining room chairs. Because the store is so big, it would be helpful if there was ceiling and end cap signage. Had to ask for help finding name tags, which, when I think of
