This is a very much needed firm for anyone seeking a mortgage on a Laguna Woods co-op.
My experience was positive with this group, from interface with the CEO to individual staff members. Carolyn Behrens went to bat for me when the lender insisted on a 25% down payment instead of 20%, which I actually put down.
