He makes appointments and doesn’t honor the time. I dropped off my car at my appointment time and received a call 2 hours later saying he couldn’t work on it because it “was too much work”. He closed shop and left my car unattended with the keys visible. Poor time management and customer service. I will not be doing business with him again

The owner, John Diep, is highly professional while still being down to earth. My vehicle has small, curvy windows that I know are difficult to work with but he was able to do a perfectly clean job in a timely manner. On top of all that, John was respectful and humble. Great place, the owner John is a cool guy, the coolest tinter I've met. I wanted my taillights on my 2017 Ford Fusion smoked out but, he wasn't able to do so at the time because he was out of the shade of tint that I would've liked to have. So, he looked at my car and asked me what kind of look that I was going for which is all black and he saw that I still had the factory Crome trim on my doors. He told me that he could wrap the chrome trim which I wanted done but, didn't think of it again until he said so. So we went though different wraps and textures and found the right
