Terrible attorney...husband and I took in his 3 children and immediately Called attorneys office for custody...they said 2300 if we get mother to sign willingly and 4300 if it goes to court...well we managed to get her to sign...guess WHOS still paying these POS 500 a month for one piece of paper...then on top of that we asked if we should still… continue to pay child support since we’ve retained counsel he said nope it cancels as soon as custody case opens ...I said so we don’t have to do ANYTHING?? he said nope...guess who’s got suspended license now??? My husband...so

They took money for the case and cashed it and has done nothing with the case, when you try to call and talk they say they will call you back but nothing happen. I would not recommend this office to any one ever. Now that I am having to take time out of my busy day to drive here to ask for my money back I am getting the run around first am asked… if he is excepting me I tell her no I am here for a refund and now being informed they is are in a meeting and I can wait but it may take hours. It sounds to me this is a switch and Bait company just out to get your money and run with it not a good
