I have been using Troast-Singley since I purchased my home in South Philly 6 years ago. John is great to work with and makes the process for everything so easy. Insurance can be confusing and he explains everything thoroughly so I understand. It is awesome having them in the neighborhood !

John Miller at Troast-Singley is wonderful to work with: hard-working, honest, detail-oriented, and respectful. He showed tremendous patience in walking me through the various policy options, and he was able to educate while never condescending. His email communication is always prompt, professional and courteous. I get the impression John authentically loves building costumer relationships. And most importantly, he was able to offer me excellent coverage through Erie Insurance that came in considerably lower than all the competitors I researched. Highly recommended.

John was very responsive and just professional and helpful to talk to. He had answers to all of my questions and I generally felt in good hands. The value is better than Geico for auto insurance for my 2006 Hyundai. I have not yet had a claim so cannot comment on that but for value and customer service I highly recommend Erie for Auto and Homeowner's.
