The Lake Forest Cottage has been beautifully restored preserving the original granite fireplace and all the detailed woodwork of the 1920's. The living room is large and open yet cozy with the gas log fireplace and lots of windows. The kitchen is open to the great room and has been modernized with granite countertops and the latest high-end appliances (Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf range) - very inviting for the guest.
Complementing the stately surrounding of Lake Tahoe is this comfortable vacation home full of personal and luxurious touches. A family room and separate living room with a big screen TV give plenty of space for a large family to spread out and relax. The sunny kitchen, with granite counter tops and upscale appliances, is open to the dining room and living room providing a perfect social setting.
All of our North Lake Tahoe vacation rentals and cabin are located in the hamlets of Tahoe Vista, Tahoe City, Carnelian Bay and Kings Beach. We offer Tahoe lakefront homes and vacation rentals with views of Lake Tahoe. Some of our vacation cabins back up the forest for privacy and a quiet setting. We also have a number of dog friendly vacation rentals.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Booked a property they manage through VRBO and they sent a rental agreement via email through online agreement service, Lodgix.com. I signed the agreement, noticed that the number of people was 1 with dogs but did not see a spot to change the number of people, so I signed and communicated via email with Waters on the number of people and dogs. Waters responded that there was a 2 dog limit and they were canceling the reservation. I tried calling and emailing to discuss since I was more than willing to adhere to the dog limit. We stayed at a beautiful cabin on Lake Tahoe a week ago. It was less expensive than most places, truly slept the number of people it stated, and was just as depicted in the pictures. We worked with Mischel to book the cabin and get a late check out. She was prompt in all her replies, and was helpful over the phone and via email. Although we didn't need to bring our dog, it was reassuring to know that the cabin was dog friendly. Everything was perfect-even the tin of chocolates!

We have used Waters of Tahoe now for 3 years for over 10 weeks of vacation time. Never had a problem or issue with the properties or with the waters of Tahoe.
Each of the different properties we have used has been well equipment, clean, well maintained and very convenient for all the activities Tahoe has to offer.
Our favorite was the first one in Agate Vista Chalet which has a vaulted living area with tall windows in the front....absolutely superb.
Mischel of Waters of Tahoe has always been a fabulous person to deal with.
We highly recommend Waters of Tahoe if you want a hassle free and outstanding
