Scott not only works and oversees every job but continues to set appointments, complete roof inspections, meet adjusters and consistently satisfying customers. Sitting in a office or at home is just not in his blood. Scott does not subcontract any of his work (same crew for 5 years) and in this way he will guarantee the workmanship and quality of all projects from start to finish.

Most people, when working with their insurance company to have their roof replaced, get very confused. Roof 1 did an outstanding job with our roof replacement. The job was completed in one day. The yard was left as clean as they found it. The roof looks perfect. Scott was great with communicating during the quote process and repair work. I will recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him again if the need arises.

I had a very positive experience with Scott and the Roof1 team. I previously had to replace my roof and went with a company that knocked on my door. That was not a good experience. This time I did my research and decided to go with Roof 1 based on their reviews. They're a little slow with the documents, but very responsive and professional.
