Sarah was absolutely wonderful. I was distraught about having broken my rear window and wasn't really sure what to do. Sarah was so kind as she worked through the scheduling and insurance claim. After calling multiple auto glass replacement companies and finding out there was a supply shortage, calling weekly to see if my specific windshield was in stock, I was thrilled when Orion auto glass told me they had one available. Since I had waited 2.5months for my windshield from the original quote, they kindly charged me my original quote ($50 cheaper). I will never get a windshield replaced in a shop again.. their mobile replacement service was super convenient! Fantastic service, professional, and done very well!

They installer was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He appeared to take great pride in the quality of his work. I have used other windshield repair companies in the past and they sent technicians that seemed to want to do the bare minimum and get out as fast as possible. Not so with Orion. Will use again and will refer everyone I know 👍

I had a great experience with Orion Auto Glass. The person who scheduled my windshield replacement was very kind and helpful. They covered my insurance deductible so there was no out of pocket cost for me. I dropped it off the night before and they called me to let me know it was ready so I could pick it up after work. They were able to do the recalibration on it so my lane departure and lane assist features all keep working. Definitely recommend them!

The job window was replaced in a timely manner but after that the installer showed me a crack in my windshield frame that he said was there prior to installing new window. If so ge should have brought it to my attention then. I am getting estimates on repairs now. The dash was left filthy from what I believe to be the old seal around the old window. Would have been nice if they cleaned up after the job. I'd recommend using some other buisiness for window repairs.

Today was the second time that I've just dropped in at Orion Auto Glass on Alpine to see if they could repair a chip in my windshield. The first time was about 1.5 years ago, and they impressed me with an excellent level of service by fitting me right in and doing a great repair. When I stopped by this morning with my wife's Jeep, the two folks who helped me were just fabulous. They dropped what they were doing (the technician was just heading out for another repair) and got right to my repair. Took a piece of gravel or something in my windshield, a couple days later it became a giant crack across my whole windshield. I call Orion, spoke with a very nice women who walked me through the whole process, waived my insurance deductible, set up an appointment for 2 days later, came to my house and finished the whole thing in less than an hour. It cost me nothing. The tech was SUPER nice, explained everything he was going to do, and was a true professional. This is the first time I've ever needed to replace auto glass but if it happens again, I know exactly where I'm going.

My insurance company recommended Orion Auto Glass and it was a terrific choice. They were very easy to work with. Kept me informed with emails about my upcoming appt. and when I arrived got to work on my car immediately. Since it was going to take about 4 hours or so to be completed they even drove us to nearby shops so my wife and I could get an early start on our Christmas shopping. They even offered to have an Uber come and get us when we were finished. I wish more businesses would perfect customer service like these folks.

Got a chip in my windshield driving from Chicago to Grand Rapids, so we called a few places looking to get in so the chip didn't spider into a longer crack. Amazing how many places quote such a wide spread in prices. Some were $30 some as high as $150! It was by appointment, I arrived about 10 minutes early and they went to work immediately, pulling my car into their shop. I was expecting just some sort of fill, but I was absolutely blown away after waiting about 30 minutes- I could barely see the chip anymore. I thought they'd never be able to do so, but sure enough. Amazing service! A few months ago I cracked my windshield by punching a spider that was inside(stupid, I know, but I hate spiders). That left a crack on my windshield that ended up increasing in size over time. After calling various business around Grand Rapids for repair quotes, I decided on Orion since it was the cheapest.
I had an appointment the next morning and they got to work on my car straight away. It was a 2 hour wait, one hour to install and another to let the adhesive dry. I had to leave the black tape on for 3 days.
