They don't do sales except by appointment, even if you're standing there with cash in hand. They don't offer financing except on high interest credit cards.
It LOOKS like a motorsports dealer, but it functions more like trip to the dentist (make an appointment, wait your turn, oh, would you like to finance on our CareCard?).
Save yourself a lot of hassle and go somewhere else.

I went to Cities Edge Motorsports to shop for a snowmobile helmet. Given i have never purchased a helmet before, the staff was extremely helpful, patient and showed me the full variety of choices that were best for me. They went through the specifics in detail and made sure all of the accessories were in the box before i left. Super happy with their support. Many Thanks!

Parts department is great and are very helpfull, however I brough my bike in to have the front forks checked out and it took 3 MONTHS for them to get it done, and i understand being understaffed but there was NO communication on their end, literally nothong. I went in to check on the bike and check on the bike and get some parts and find out my bike has been done for a week and noone called me. Very disappointed in the service here, probably wont be bringing my bike back here after the service i got for $1000 dollars.

So I'm not going to bad mouth, I'll leave the facts for you to decide. I called as soon as I noticed that my fork seals were leaking. I called and asked how long the wait was and if I could make an appointment. They said I could. So I set up the appointment and even mentioned I needed my bike back as quickly as possible and asked if my appointment would get me through any faster, and the guy said yes. He told me they should have the parts it would just be a matter of doing it. I dropped my bike off on the day of the appointment and figured a couple days I'd have it back. Well I called Thursday

I bought my first waverunner, a Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO here today. When I showed up these guys were amazing and treated me like family. All my paperwork as well as my accessories order was ready to go. Service made sure my battery was charged before I showed up. The transaction went as smoothly as I could have asked for. Kevin helped me load the machine and thoroughly went over it with me. He took extra time discussing a future waverunner with me as well as a future dual sport. He helped me decide on accessories as well. Alyssha was sweet as well. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience

This place has the worst customer service I ever experienced. Clark the guy who is on charge of financing has a very goofy attitude and acts like he dirás not want to sell the bikes . Also Eric the other employee has a very negative attitude I just move forward and bought my bike from other place because these guys vibes made me quit.

I must say I’m very disappointed with the parts department at this establishment. Two weeks ago I ordered a fastener bolt for my 2020 Suzuki motorcycle, the part I ordered was a specialty item directly from Suzuki. Just to be safe I brought one of the fasteners with me upon ordering it because it had an allen head and a shoulder on the bolt. I explained to the parts department what the bolt was for and for what type of motorcycle and where the bolt was located on the front fender specifically. I just bought my 2nd motorcycle from Cities Edge, first from Clark and then from Kevin. I'm just getting back into the game after 25 years. So, I had a lot of questions that I needed to have answered. Clark and especially Kevin showed an incredible amount of patience with me. My questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. After working with Cities Edge and Clark, as well as his team, there was a large misunderstanding and I believe both of us could of improved our communication skills better during our interaction. Overall I have been returning to Cities Edge more frequently than my original dealer based on location, price, and service. I do enjoy the bike rides that Cities frequently has too which includes mini bikes like mine which I can never find around the area.

2017 Kawasaki ZX10R KRT Edition - Transmission Gear Recall
I brought my bike to these guys for the recall and I am not exactly sure what they did to it when they replaced the gears for the recall work, but the bike shifts like a dream. It is literally like a different bike and such a pleasure to ride. Every time I shift it makes me wonder what did they do to make it that much smoother?
On top of the unexpected performance I gained in the shifting I also was very happy with the staff and the way they do business. I didn't have a ride to drop off the bike and showed up pretty late in the morning

Brought bike in last minute, they were awesome and able to get me in. Replaced fork seals. Never bothered to clean any of the leaking fork oil up, front break rotors were coated with oil. Bike didn't seem to want to stop. Bad service if you ask me! Safety?...do we want our customers to come back and spend money? Maybe I'm way off, I would have paid an extra $20 to have that cleaned up and some front breaks.

I've purchased both my motorcycles from Cities Edge Motorsports and everyone I've dealt with have been AWESOME!!!! My first bike was a 650 used Yahama under $3k, and after 3 years on that bike I was ready for something bigger. Now I have a brand new 1700 Kawasaki that I paid a little over $13k for. Will never go back. Horrible service with unprofessional staff. Rented a snowmobile from them and called to make sure it was ready to pick up and they said it was and to come out anytime. When u asked where they were they responded by telling me to get a GPS. When I arrived to pick up snowmobiles drive 45 minutes to get it, it wasn't in and wouldn't be in for another 3 hours. When I said I cAlled ahead and you said it was in and to come right out they denied it. No apologies,just attitude. Any negative reviews on here I agree with.

Brought my motorcycle tire in for a new tube, and went to pick it up late in the day. I noticed that the new tube didn't have the 90 degree valve stem that the original had.
I asked the guy there about it and he reassured me it was just fine, even though I told him my scooter has full skirts and is shaft drive (much bigger inner hub).
My friends and I decided to go on a new road ride for the weekend. I threw my hand pump, some fixAflat and a few other things into my bags and off I went. As I rode

Typical dealership. They sell a lot of ATV and other small vehicle equipment. You have to haggle some to get a decent price, even on parts. And you need to expect late shipments, as with dealerships of anything... If a few people are ordering the same thing and supply is limited because of the seasonality of it, the supply will not go to who was first but rather who knows the guys there and if you are a regular customer. So buddy up, and stop by frequently.
