I called Thursday wanting a specific sea doo and needed it done and water ready by the weekend. Not only did they make it happen for me they had to put together a trailer with it too! Pre-ordered a vehicle back in August 2021. When the vehicle arrived earlier than expected, the entire team (John, Eric, Austin, Terrence) that worked with was extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, give a vehicle walk through and accommodate our pick up timeframe. I cannot say enough about how well this team works together. From parts, sales to financing. The entire process went smoothly. Can't wait to ride in this Spring!

I can't say enough about Johnny K's of Cleveland, Eric my salesman was very knowledgeable of everything I asked him about the machine I bought.I got an xmr 650 outlander, everyone I talked to was very helpful and very friendly. Unlike the other Johny K's in lodi, I had a salesman that wasn't very knowledgeable and not the friendliest person. They were looking at my family and laughing to each other while looking over at my family. I wasn't very pleased and vowed I wouldn't buy or tell anyone to go to the lodi dealer. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!

Bought brand new 2019 GTX limited 300 jetski. had to get engine replacement at 32 hrs. Last two years it has been in shop ALL SUMMER. Very disappointed. Service general manger (Karl) is always busy when I call and dnt return calls and when I’m there to see what’s going on they are always waiting for parts. Hard to get in contact with store owner. (Johnny k) shouldn’t have to go through that with a 20k product.

Carl made selling my bike to Johnny Ks a very simple process. All the staff I spoke with were kind and polite. The offer made on my bike was fair and very close to what I was looking to get in the first place, which made selling it a headache free experience. Spencer in sales, Scott the GM , mike in finance, Justin in parts and Tim the great in service all exceeded my expectations. I'm in the car business and let's just say I took some notes to use at our dealership for customer satisfaction. They were all amazing, making sure all questions were answered and were straight shooters. I was referred to them from a buddy that bought an Indian and I will definitely be referring these guys.

Bought a four wheeler here last week. Great team here. Thank you Sabrina in sales, Tim in service and I think the parts guy that helped me pick a wench and helmet was David? And lastly, the guy who loaded it in the truck and gave me the run down on how it works, John I think? Obviously I should have written this review last week when names were still fresh in my head. LOL Anyway, thank you all. Got to take it out over the weekend. Love it!

We drove 2 hours to pick up our new 2021 sportsman 850 touring today. Our Salesman Spencer was great , and John in the parts department really hooked us up.
