Worked with Rob and Joe on buying my Rzr. Quick and easy from the time I walked in the door to loading it up. Would refer anyone to them! Biggest thing I appreciated was how the salesmen gave me time to look over the unit and think about my purchase and give me some space, they weren’t throwing the paperwork in your face and pressuring you for the sale

Have been a customer of Bair's for decades. Have a 1996 Polaris 6x6 Sportsman, Stihl equipment and have trusted them for fair honest service and generally quick turn around. Knowledgeable staff a friendly service. Ordered 2022 Ranger 570 in October and they said be in Jan - Feb. Took delivery 1/7/22. Look forward to putting it to work. Highly recommend Bair's.

The people that work at Bair's are simply the best. I drove over an hour away to get the RZR200 for my kids. All the Polaris dealers near me were very rude. Joe Crum, helped me from the get-go. He was quick to respond to my emails and any questions I had. If he didn't have the answer, he told me he would get it, and he did!! Will definitely be doing future business with them!

I will recommend anyone looking for an Indian motorcycle or any ATV to come to Bair’s! My wife and I have personally been working with Mike Harris on purchasing our 2022 Indian Challenger and he has been fantastic! Everyone in here will bend over backwards to help out in any way they can. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. My son purchased a Polaris 570 from Bairs about 6 months ago and were told by Rob and Bill to bring it back in at 25 hours for a free first servicing. This was witnessed by his girlfriend as well. His girlfriend had even made the comment when they brought the bike home that it was a pretty good deal and he was happy about it. So when it got dropped off a week ago he was still under the assumption that they would honor this as a reputable business. I picked it up this morning and the service desk announced $162.84, adding$4.80 for a grommet that was replaced. So if you look over my past evaluations

Love to do business with Bair's! Brad, the owner, is a great guy. Nice to talk to, and always friendly. I have an Indian motorcycle, and a Polaris ATV from Bair's. Staff is great. Always friendly and helpful. They usually have what I want, in stock. I deal with Rob, in Sales. Great guy, and transactions are smooth. This dealership is so nice, that I drive from Columbus (140 miles) to deal with Bair's. You can't go wrong here.
