I used to go here quite frequently and it was an absolutely lovely place. The services are truly at no charge and there is never any pressure to attend anything or bring anything, it was truly a welcoming environment. I didn't even realize there was a very discrete donation box until I had been going there for over a year! Very nice mission, and very nice message...I would go more often if I had the time.

They offer free guided meditations to the public in both English and Spanish twice a week. After the twenty-thirty ,minute meditation a topic is chosen and discussed. These vary from patience to acceptance in every day life. It is located in a house which has been converted into the Miami chapter's location. There is plenty of seating available. They also have classes and discussions during the week which I believe have a fee.
