My husband and I had a unique unconventional purchase and after being turned down by multiple outside lenders, and within a few hours of contacting Daniel, he was up to the task at hand. Jeremy and his team are phenomenal. I recently used them to get a mortgage for my first house, and they were incredibly responsive and great at guiding me through the very complicated process. They also got me a great rate on the mortgage, and everyone I spoke to, including my agent and the title company, were impressed at how low of a rate they were able to get me. I am a Realtor and I have worked with a lot of different mortgage companies and I can say that Peace Home Lending is one of the best! I just finished three refi's on our own properties and we closed on all three on the same day! The process was super smooth. Jeremy provided excellent rates on our primary residence and on our rental properties and the entire team (shout out to Daniel) provided excellent service throughout. My husband and I took advantage of the recent low interest rates and "explored" refinancing our townhouse. I say explored because our case was a bit sensitive. We worked with Daniel initially. Peace Home Lending was strong from the beginning and I ended up refinancing my mortgage with them over my initial lender who is actually a well-known military entity. Jeremy and Enoch were extremely helpful with explaining and reviewing all the details with me. They were also very patient and personable. My mother was recently working towards refinancing with a different lender and when we saw all of the fees being applied, Enoch at Peace Home Lending saved the day! Not only was he able to get her a lower rate than the other lender she was working with, but he did it without charging her points AND was able to get her cash out so she could make some repairs to her home that she'd be waiting to do!
