Great business, excellent service, transparent terms and conditions. All negative issues stem from a 3rd Party (Dealer/Vendor or Loan Broker). Blue Bridge enforces the contracts that the customer signs. All I can say is this; ask your loan agent if the loan is simple interest like your mortgage, and if so, ask them to put that in writing. It won't change the contract, but it will allow Blue Bridge to determine whether or not to continue their relationship with that 3rd party partner; preventing potential future misunderstandings. I have had good experiences with blue bridge. They are fast and efficient. I didn't have to miss any work or make any appointments. They know how to utilize the technology that is available to speed up the process of loans.
My rep was Stacy, she was amazing. Always answers when I called and got questions answered or any issues resolved very quick.

We had a prior loan with Blue Bridge Financial and were recently sent an email asking if we needed additional financing. It just so happened that we were looking into the purchase of additional equipment. We contacted Stacy @ Blue Bridge and let her know we were interested. Don't do business with these guys the only reason I would give a one star is because you have to in order to write a review. I was assured that there would be no early payoff fee and just like the other folks here I was charged interest up front. I was also told if paid off early I would receive a discount on the payoff. Not true either. Blue ridge is a crooked dishonest bunch of folks. No wonder small business has such a hard time making it with sharks like blue bridge out there ready to take everything they can from us.

Blue Bridge Financial provides a great service. We got a loan from them for a Machine that we needed in our shop and they were extremely helpful throughout the process. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Our first lease with Bluebridge was in 2014 and originated through a 3rd party broker. All was clean and straight forward. We did several other leases afterward with Financial Pacific, LCA and Leaf Capital. In 2018, we were looking for more funding and I reached out to Bluebridge to see if they were interested. Worked with Jenna Santurno on the origination and she was able to meet/beat all other offers. Paperwork and deal closing was smooth and painless.
