About our recent move, we found out how easily we could fall behind when one of us (or more!) has a prolonged illness. So we've partnered with long time friend and fellow State Farm Agent James Madrid.

We have more combined staff and will be HERE consistently. A HUGE THANK YOU to all of our policyholders who have been so patient with us over the past year. Worked with this agency for many years now. I think the best feature is their communication. Even in the rare instance I had to leave a message I knew what I needed would get worked on. In fact they have never let me down. I am not sure how much more or less I am paying vs other carriers but when you have a team you can actually count on I really don't mind if I am paying a little more.
