We’ve rented a summer vacation home every year since 2006 and have never been disappointed. Five different homes as our group has grown or shrunk each year, or as homes that we’d rented before were no longer available.. Shores staff is excellent and has helped us find just the right place each time around.

They manage a portfolio of properties in South Haven Michigan. We’ve used them several times and will continue to in the future. Much better to have a local company, versus VRBO or others, as Shore has a team of people already available to help with any issues with the rental unit.
And, after speaking with the owner of one of the properties, Shore actually charges less than the other rental platforms.

SVR have handled the reservations for our annual family reunion over the past 10 years and have ALWAYS been terrific to deal with. They always go above and beyond to do what's right. This year, one of the 3 properties we reserved became unavailable at the last minute due to a plumbing issue. They alerted us to the emergency about a week away from the planned trip, and had already found a suitable property as a replacement. They did this by working with other brokers in town rather than just providing what they had from their own inventory. This meant that we received a property as good (even better

I have rented homes 3 times from Shores Vacation in South Haven, Mi and have been extremely pleased with every of the process. They have been quick to responses when issues arose, like the propane tank needed to be replaced. I plan on using them again next summer

South Haven was amazing- beautiful beaches with lots of accessible activities and restaurants. Our house worked perfectly for 3 families- plenty of room inside and out with a heated pool across the street as well as a firepit. Bikes and beach gear were also provided. Wonderful vacation.
