Randy does a great job managing this dealership, very knowledgeable and helpful. Jennifer manages the parts and service side of things and is doing a wonderful job taking care of the customer's needs. The parts availability is beginning to come around as we bounce back from the covid lock down. Be patient, it will take a while for parts production to get back up to speed! In the meantime, be thankful to God for the measure of health you have and ride when you are able...

Team at Indian of PCB was amazing. I have never made a long distance purchase (a little over 1,000 miles away from home), but Ken made it smooth and effortless. He and Randy are knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions regarding the bike and logistics around the purchase. They were able to get me a bike I've been looking at for over a year. The only bad thing I have to say about this store is that it's a long way from home.

Stopped in after meetings on a business trip to the area, happens to be bike week. Hundreds of bikes here for sale, new, used, demo, and visitors. Love music, food booths, and great accessories also available. Even a free bike wash by some young ladies. They were even demoing their fleet of slingshots. A great day for riding.
