Alex and his team were fantastic! We had a last minute fire drill to sort out at one of our listings before new tenants moved in and they came the next day to remove what we requested and were so patient and accommodating when we realized there was more than we originally scheduled. They were so helpful and made the whole moving process so much easier for us and our clients. We will definitely be using their services in the future and recommend to our clients. Thank you guys!!!

We had to move out with such short notice and had a bunch of furniture and junk that we couldn't take and we found Planet Haulers. They're super responsive, helpful, and accommodating to us in such a stressful time.
I communicated with a few different junk removal companies and Alex from Planet Haulers was the most responsive. We also preferred the price. They charge based on volume, not by number of items.
We also ended up needing them a second time the next day so we called them up under short notice and asked If they could help us again and they were able to make it back to us

I was moving out of my home and I needed my bed, workout equipment and other random furniture to be thrown away within 1 days notice. I called Alex and asked for a quote, and he and his team came the next day and cleared out all our junk! Alex was super responsive and helpful, and was very quick with his work. Very courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. I called and told Alex what I needed to have done. After texting him a few photos of the job that needed to be done, he immediately gave me a firm quote and was able to come out the next day to do the work. He was also courteous enough to call me a few times on the day of the job to let me know how he was doing from a timing standpoint and when I could expect him to arrive. I would highly recommend Planet Haulers to anybody in need of this kind of work.

The phone was answered immediately upon the first try. They were available the next day and communicated perfectly every step of the way. The team showed up when they said they would, as scheduled. The foreman was extremely courteous, pleasant and professional. They wore masks and were very careful with their work. The crew of four hauled everything onto the truck surprisingly quickly and efficiently. They also pick up and deliver furniture, a big plus. I will definitely use them again.

I've found these guys' service on an internet listing, and I'm very impressed with the transparency, pricing and communication -- which is lacking with other haulers I've contacted.
Communication is really important to me with any business; they quickly replied, and texted with proper greetings. You definitely don't get that too often nowadays. They were also patient with many questions I had, and did not show any signs of irritation via text. I really appreciate that.

Amazing work by Henry! I had to get rid of some old furniture and I called a few other places and there prices were to high! When I called Henry he answered right away and have me a direct quote and was here with in the hour. He finished things quicker than I thought and he was one of the nicest people out there!
