The driver will call you with the approximate time we will be there so you know what time to expect us. Professional and friendly, they helped with a move-out on short notice and charged a reasonable rate. I've used Junk Removal before for cleaning out my mother's hoarding and removal and used them again for her hoard of a storage unit yesterday.
