Very Professional!!! Especially David, he helped get a great deal within my budget for my car. He was super helpful and understanding with my situation. Overall, the staff is super helpful. I got my mom into it as well and she’s super happy, not stressing out anymore and are super patient since she doesn’t speak english very properly. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Have used Bao for a few years now for auto insurance. Just got life insurance through him too. I had my car stolen twice and him and his staff made everything so easy. Their service and responsiveness is impeccable. Ive used geico, farmers, and other smaller insurers for my business, auto, home, medical, etc. And dealing with insurance companies is always a nightmare. But with bao it has never been like that. If i could give 6 stars i would.

Been with State Farm Insurance almost 20 years and with "Boa Tran" for a while now. I recently had a collision and Anthony had reached out from his office to check and see if I was okay. He also kept up with making sure that the process of getting my vehicle on the road was a smooth transition. Bao replied right away, gathered all the necessary information and came back with very competitive quotes.
Bao was completely transparent as he showed me rates from my previous insurers and how much I will be saving. In addition, he was able to offer more coverage for a better price.

Let me first say that we have been State Farm customers for a while but we switched agents when my nephew who happens to own five awesome cars recommended Mr. Tran to us. We spoke on the phone and we discussed what we needed and he made it happen ! We are extremely pleased with the service and the care that he takes with us and I'm sure he does that with all his clients we saved money and he made us feel very comfortable which is a very big deal!
And he knows cars he knows modified cars classic cars and he's part of the car community which definitely is a plus for me.
