Mandy was very nice to work with. She answered all my questions and was very informative regarding the shutters we wanted for our home. Measurements were done accurately with attention to detail. Approximately 6-7 weeks later, the installation was done very efficiently and accurately by Gabriel and his mate.
I am taking one star away because of poor communication before installation. The installers were suddenly outside my door without any appointment one day, I happened to be home, so it worked out OK. I am very happy with my shutters.

I recently built a house in Taylors and needed window treatments to complete my interior. Southern Traditions was recommended to me.
This was a professional experience from my initial contact all the way through install. All appointments were prompt and expectations were set very early. In this day and age of supply chain issues, it can be difficult to not get instant satisfaction but this was well worth the wait. My plantation shutters blend in so well with my windows/trim that they look like they all came from the same factory. Installation was quick and the guys cleaned up after themselves

We have really enjoyed working with Southern Traditions. We have worked with Jennifer on roller shades for two very large homes now, and she is on-time, overly prepared with option and had great follow-up and follow through.
The delivery and installation crews are fantastic. On time, communicative, respectful and very clean workers in our homes.
Little mistakes happened, like an imperfect shade, but Jennifer is quick to make it right.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Our shutters are beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Delivery and installation were timely and we were updated regularly during the process. She was not pushy at all - she showed us what they had to offer, held up the samples, and thoroughly explained the differences. The installers were very professional and thorough. So glad we decided to go with Southern Traditions Window Fashions for our Plantation Shutters. Jackie was great to work with. She guided us through the selection process and took the time to answers our questions. Her measurements were spot on and we had zero issues with the installation. The install team was very professional and courteous and did a great job hanging the shutters and the curtains. Would definitely recommend this company!

Everything about our experience with Southern Traditions was positive. Richard is very professional and friendly. Following on from first experience, I had Southern Traditions do the window coverings in my new home - unfortunately, the experience was not anywhere near the first time.
From mis-measurement, wrong rod length and mechanisms installed that didn't allow the doors to open all the way - to no steaming of the curtains upon completion (this was a nearly $20k order), the experience took 8 months from original order date and while the coverings look okay, it was not an enjoyable or customer focused process this time.

Jennifer was so helpful throughout the process. She came to my house for TWO HOURS to go over every window, design thoughts, and pricing considerations to me sure i was completely happy. And once installed, I am just in love. Even through a few bumps in the road (manufacturer error) she was right there helping to make it right. Can't recommend enough.

I like to going to brick and mortar stores where I can touch and feel the merchandise. I also want personalized attention from personnel who are accountable and who obviously want to do an excellent job. Southern Traditions is such a place. They are one stop shopping for custom drapes and blinds. I have now been living with both blinds and drapes from them for more than a month and love what I have.
