After placing an order in the spring and waiting until the goods arrived in October I was then told there would be a 30% upcharge in both orders . This after waiting patiently for 6 months. I would never go to my clients to tell them prices had gone up after the fact. Now I'm out the money, you get yours, the client gets theirs and I get screwed. This is a horrible way to go about doing business.

We purchased the vertical wrap blinds for two sliding doors and are very happy with the look and quality of the product. I did the installation myself and did not find it difficult. If you can use a level and take care in your work it is a simple project. I had several questions that the folks at Flair21 graciously answered.

I would advise not working with this company, especially for contract/ hospitality projects. They delivered 3 months late and have not invoiced me yet a month after installing. They also fired my sales representative mid-project and didn't properly pick up the loose ends. Horrendous experience overall.
