Dr Mai has been my primary care for years now. I use to go to a regular doctor but it seems like everytime I went I always got bad news. So me as a patient I always trusted what my doctors told me until one day I got struck with some bad news. The medication my regular pcp prescribed to me gave me a side effect which damaged my liver. Dr. Mai Nguyen-Pham is the best!!!! I have been seeing her on and off for almost two years. Dr. Mai takes her time listing to my concerns and I felt very cared for every visit. I know Dr Mai Pham for many years and never being so frustrated by the service I have received this year. I have been charged almost twice over the estimate previously given. I came for the colonic hydrotherapy and have been charged for each procedure and each office visit while we previously discussed that only one visit will be needed plus each procedure.The supplements cost almost twice than their cost on Amazon (same brand). No discount given for cash payment. I feel being lied and will not recommended anybody to visit.

The experience seemed great at first. Kacy was very easy to talk to. I went to see her because of an abnormal blood test. She thought we could run some further tests to get a better picture of what was going on. But instead of releasing the test results to me, she made me pay $155 for a separate appointment to tell me everything was normal. It took two weeks to get that appointment, and when I asked why they were abnormal before and normal now, she pretty much said, "How should I know?"

I personally did not have a great experience here. First off I was charged twice for a product that they recommended I use due to "high liver enzyme" results. The lab work showed that I was ~0.01 above normal range which in itself isn't something to make a big deal out of. Had I changed my diet then I am sure the blood work would of came back within normal range. I felt like this place was too eager to treat any and every symptom in order to be compensated more. Their prices were expensive for the items they recommended you take. Insurance barely covers anything. I will say this, the front staff

Worst massage experence...ever!
I bought a Groupon for a 90 minute deep tissue massage for $66 which the clinic CLAIMED was a $240 value. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appt that was at 10:30. At 10:33 I was escorted back to the room. I then laid there until 10:40 with no music, nothing but the sound of doors opening and closing (pretty relaxing eh) About 10:45 the massage actually started (once she got Pandora going on her ipod of course) I have a lot of back and hip issues and was expecting an ACTUAL deep tissue massage not a hip massage THROUGH 3 layers of blankets which made no difference

Dr. Mai is an amazingly compassionate and awesome doctor I had a car accident that enabled my dominant hand (right hand) and well it was horrible and immensely painful. I also had a whole other array of issues that I had acquired before hand and she sure has helped fix EVERYTHING! It has been such an enjoyable and amazing experience! I foresee a very awesome DOC-lationship forming and will definitely be referring family and friends who need help with just about everything to her! I have been seeing Dr. Kacy Broba for about 2 months now and have been very happy. Dr. Kacy is supportive, sensitive, and caring. She is NOT a supplement pusher like so many other naturopathic clinics - and I have been to many. She is very careful about what she suggests to add beyond a good healthy diet. Mai Nguyen-Pham helped me with some heavy metals detox that I needed to do. I wanted a place that was local and affordable and this was both. I was also very happy to find a naturopath that was actually ON the MODA plan -- I didn't get any "out of network" garbage from MODA at all. I wasn't expecting to find such a great place just by walking in off the street but what a win. Very friendly staff.
