We used AZ Car Service for a recent trip home from SFO to the East Bay. He was professional, on time and provided excellent service! A few days before our scheduled pick up he texted to confirm our arrival time and ensure us that he would be waiting for us once we got our bags. After a long flight home our trip from the airport was a breeze! I would highly recommend AZ for your future car service needs.

I've been a customer of AZ for the past 2 years and he is now the only car service I use because I trust him and he is just such a very, very nice person. He has always been reliable, on time and professional with great customer service. He keeps his vehicles in great shape. I use AZ primarily for airport drop off and pick up.

I purchased a groupon for $39 for one way to SFO or OAK airports and then called to schedule my pick up. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude and told me he would have to charge extra to pick me up in Concord. I pointed out to him that the wording of the groupon specifically said "from East Bay locations to SFO or OAK" he insisted there was wording the stipulated a 35 mile maximum and then told me to read the entire groupon to him-which I did reluctantly. After the 35 mile maximum was not in the wording he started saying how he would not make any money because of the distance

Fantastic service! Prompt and professional. The SUV was clean and roomy and the driver was professionally dressed. Picked us us for an early Oakland to SFO drop-off (showed up 15 mins early) and picked us up from a late return arrival at SFO for transport back to Oakland. I definitely plan to use AZ for my future car service needs and would recommend them to others.
