Beber Camp creates a community that challenges and nurtures fun, individual and community based growth, and Jewish identity in a safe, positive and diverse environment with exceptional professional leadership. I love that Beber is a well rounded traditional camp experience. The kids made very strong friendships this summer and we appreciate the socialization they get away from electronic devices.
Both kids come home with more self confidence. I really feel like Beber takes care of the whole person from physical activity, friendships, and spiritual growth. According to my son, Beber's strength is the connections he makes with the staff and campers while he is there. He had a fantastic time and we felt that he was in a safe, nurturing, Jewish environment.

Beber's mission statement is more than a fancy sentence or a vague promise. It is the driving force behind everything that we do.
Jewish Summer Camp is one of the most important experiences a child can have. Kids learn new life skills, create Jewish identity and make friendships that last a lifetime. Finding the right camp is critical. And it can be challenging. Parents need to sift through a lot of information as you review options for your children.
We feel a tremendous responsibility for our campers' Jewish experience and outcomes. We seek to make Jewish life meaningful, engaging, accessible, and fun to all members of our community. We do this by means of providing Jewish education and encouraging intentional engagement with Jewish practices and tradition.
At Beber Camp, we strive to make Shabbat everyone's favorite day of the week. We do this by making the day full of beautiful ritual and sacred moments, spiritual connection, and moments of prayer, and by nurturing our strong, intimate sense of community. While our campers may only have three Shabbats at camp each summer, our hope is that this Shabbat Book will help each person celebrate Shabbat at home, enriched with Beber ritual and tradition.
The Makor division is home to Beber Camp's youngest campers. During the summer, Makor campers are introduced to a well-rounded view of all program areas and the experience is focused on building relationships and developing new skills. Many of our Makor campers are away from home for the first time and their counselors make sure they get the attention and care needed to make the most of their experience.

This will be my ninth summer. words can’t express how gorgeous and welcoming this beautiful summer camp is. there is no end of the amount of activities you can do there and everyone is always the nicest to you even if it’s you’re first summer. the community there is unlike any other and i will never forget the impact that those summers have made in my life. if i could give this place 1000000 stars i would. if you are ever unsure where to send you’re kid for a jewish identity adventure, pick Beber!!!!! can’t stress it enough 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Our kids happy place! Each year gets better & better! They meet kids & counselors from all over the world...who stay in contact throughout the years. The daily programming & facilities on campus are top notch. The beauty of waking up with cabins on the lake make every day a treasure!! We look forward to every summer at Beber Camp. 💙
