Our fax lines are available 24 hours a day. You will receive confirmation from our staff of receipt by telephone during our normal business hours, Monday through Friday. We must obtain a signed death certificate signed by the deceased's attending physician or the medical examiner prior to filing the cremation permit with the State of California.

Let me start by saying I never prepped myself for having to make arrangements for my mothers passing. I called them the same morning my mother passed and from the call I was treated with so much compassion.
They arrived with 1 1/2 hr and were sooooo gently when handling my mother. I am truly greatful I found them.

I flew in from out of state to visit my mom in June, only to find out she had passed away the day before. I was devestated, exhausted after an 8 hour flight, and alone in LA.
