Diamandel Diamonds was built on the foundation of a unique customer experience. Originally founded in 1992 as a brokerage between suppliers and retailers, Diamandel shifted its focus in 2000 to sell directly to the customer, eliminating the burden of full retail pricing. Since making the shift, Diamandel has been known as the market leader for diamond engagement rings offering quality diamonds for less.
The Custom Concierge will design and manufacture custom jewelry from an image or sketch. We will create a life-like digital CAD (computer-aided drafting) rendering of the design so you can view your one-of-a-kind creation prior to its manufacturing. We produce jewelry in all metals and can finish the piece with your choice of diamond quality or any gemstones.
I would not change anything at all. I'm temporarily on a project outside of the Baton Rouge area and Ramnik was able to work with me over the phone and email. When I met with him in BR to look at the diamonds, everything was exactly as explained. The process was great! His pricing was unbeatable. I highly recommend talking with Ramnik for any of your jewelry needs.

I don't know much about jewelry, but working with Ramnik at Diamandel was one of the easist things I've done. I needed a pair of solitaire earrings, and he guided me through the process with wonderful customer service, timely replies, and unbeatable pricing. Once he knew what I wanted, he was able to get me the best options at unreal prices delivered to my door in Houston less than 2 days! I went to every jewelry store in Baton Rouge looking for an engagement ring and Diamandel Diamonds was easily the best store in town. These reasons led me to make my purchase from there: 1) Trustworthy- Ramnik has been doing business in Baton Rouge for 30 years and has a solid reputation as a jeweler 2) The majority of their rings are custom made so I was able to get exactly what I was looking for 3) Prices were lower than the other jewelry stores I went to so I was able to get a higher quality diamond. With the pressure of making an engagement ring everything and more I can honestly say my expectations were far surpassed by Diamandel. Not only did it turn out to be far more beautiful than I expected but it also didn't break the bank. I have already recommended a few people to Diamandel and will continue to make the 6 hour round trip from where I live to have them fill all of my jewelry needs. Do yourself a favor and take it from a normal guy like me. Diamandel is a game changer.

Great customer service! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and I got what I wanted UNDER BUDGET! I was sort of in a strict time frame. I picked a ring and there were some minor adjustment that had to be made. They made the adjustments and met the deadline. This place is amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!
