I rent through them and they are the best! Any time I have a question or maintenance request, they fix it and answer it asap. They are always so friendly and helpful. My lease is up in the spring and I plan on renewing my lease with them. They are a pleasure to work with.

Understanding, love the staff. They will do anything to help you have a place to live. Moved in quickly. Place nice and clean. Maintenance takes a few days to come fix stuff, other then that enjoy renting from them.

Mice in the walls that they knew about im paying 750 a month to live with as well as an infestation of roaches, was lied to about everything being replaced, and theirs mold growing where there's holes, in the winter the kitchen is cold and summer the humidity is in the house due to holes between the cabinets and the wall. They are aware and have done nothing, I got told I could move out. Now there's mites from the mice. Its a living nightmare since moving in.

I absolutely love Leigh Poplin. She is very helpful and so friendly. Every time I go there she is very professional and funny.
