Nothing but great things to say about my experience with Justice Realty. First signed a contract to have Vanessa be my property manager since I was moving out of state. Never once had a problem or was in the dark about anything going on with the house. Top notch management to say the least. Our family grew and we knew we would never move back into the house she was managing so we asked her to be our agent and sell the house. Again, the most amazing experience from start to finish. She ensured the renter’s were taken care of and were not going to be put in a hard spot with us selling the house

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Madeline Justice is a terrible rental property manager. She is unprofessional in many ways. She has lied and misrepresented properties among other things. When issues were brought up to her mother, Vanessa Justice, the owner of Justice Realty, she was not helpful. Definitely would NOT recommend Justice Realty.

Vanessa was quick, fast and reliable with my family’s wants and needs for a house. We gave her several areas and a list of wants/needs for a house, plus our budget and she had a list of house for us to look at the next day!!!
She continued to stay in contact and communicated very efficiently and effectively about each and every house we went and looked at!

Justice Realty Group has been helping me rent out my house since 2014, being in the military it was so reassuring to have someone who is very attentive, and responsive to all of the minor details. When someone needed to leave, Justice Realty Group would assist in finding a new tenant within a month or two! I NEVER once had to worry about my house as I know that these professionals will always have my back and are constantly looking out for my best interests!
